Beginning of July...

Well the big day is coming on very fast now! It's just over a week until our big departure to the great state of Alaska! We received our sheep skins today for our seats on the motorcycle, hoping that it is going to help us with our 8500 kms round trip. Were putting a lot of faith into a little bit of fur. But everyone swears by them on long trips, so I will report back after our first two days. Lynn wants to do something like 800 kms per day for the first two days! Getting us close to Whitehorse, Yukon. Joanne and I are pretty excited but on the other hand were not sure how were going to cope with this kind of rigorous pace!! But in the back of my mind, I feel that the adrenaline will help to push us along! And with scenery like this...
