Day 9

Day 9- Well guess what? It is windy and cold, and heading out of Homer, it started to rain and rain and by the time we reached Anchorage it was pouring. Thank goodness again for good rain gear and heated vests and gloves. We decided to stay in a hotel again called the Arctic Inn. Cheap, but clean. Lynn and Randy decided to rest so we went for a drive to check out the city. Found a market with neat local crafts, paintings, and jewelry. Only bad thing about the bike is we have no room for shopping. Randy went to the local BMW shop and bought a hat and t-shirt. For supper we ate in a Seafood restaurant and had the fresh catch of the day...Pretty quiet day but lots to see along the way.
